Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before the order deadline date and a full refund will be issued.

Orders changed or cancelled after order deadline date will be charged in full.

Return policy

As our products are perishable, we regret that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.  However, your satisfaction is priority for us, if you have any concerns with your floral products, please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving your shipment. 

We will do our best to resolve issues and looking for all available solutions each case.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, of inability of fulfill the order. In such cases, we will promptly notify the clients and issue a full refund.

Climate change is severely influencing flowering time.  Our products are subject to seasonal availability. Product colours and sizes may be substituted if unavailable.  We will inform you as soon as possible to discuss the best substituted.
